We are looking for a creative and driven Communications Specialist to join our fast-paced Lending Operations Team. If you're passionate about impactful communication, design, and financial inclusion, this is your chance to make a difference!
What You'll Do:
- Develop communication plans to promote financial products to Grab's Drivers, Delivery, and Merchant partners.
- Design engaging marketing materials: in-app messages, brochures, infographics, and social media content.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
- Manage communication setup and maintain records of all creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and support GFG events.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Google Workspace.
- Basic HTML coding required; knowledge of SQL, Python, Microsoft BI, or Google Script is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
