The Creative Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content that captures audience attention and supports the company's branding and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong command of language, creativity in storytelling, and an understanding of what makes content perform well across digital platforms.
Key Accountabilities
- Handle client inquiries related to content, campaigns, and deliverables, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and client objectives.
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and campaigns.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-impact content that attracts attention.
- Adapt content tone and style based on platform, audience, and campaign goals.
- Produce bilingual content (English and Chinese) to support clients who communicate and publish in Chinese.
- Review, edit, and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Monitor content performance and engagement, and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
- Ability to create attention grabbing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Good understanding of digital content platforms and audience behavior.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Knowledge of AI tools and content-related technologies is an added advantage.
Working hour: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM
