Salt is hiring a Creative Intern who will be responsible for driving creator acquisition and growth by identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential affiliate creators. The position also ensures successful program execution, provides ongoing creator support, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign performance and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Acquisition & Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate creators to drive platform growth.
- Nurture and incubate new creators to build a strong and sustainable creator pipeline.
Creator Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for newly onboarded creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by providing guidance, insights, and ongoing support to optimize creator performance.
Program Execution & Optimization
- Drive the effective rollout of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of KPIs.
- Monitor creator performance and recommend improvements to maximize results.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and product) to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Contribute insights to improve overall creator and affiliate program effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Mandarin and/or Malay is a plus.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
