Role Overview
We are seeking a highly structured and execution-driven Creative Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-phase digital commerce and marketing campaigns.
This role sits at the center of strategy, creative, creators, live commerce, and paid media, ensuring every moving part executes on time, at quality, and aligned to GMV targets.
You will own campaign execution across a 6-month roadmap, translate strategy into daily actions, and act as the operational backbone that keeps teams aligned, accountable, and moving at speed.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with strong leadership authority, requiring exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
Campaign & Phase Execution
Ensure full execution of all campaign components, including:
Project Planning & Task Management
Convert campaign strategy into:
Assign and manage tasks across cross-functional teams, including:
Maintain clear priorities, timelines, and ownership at all times.
Cross-Team Coordination
Serve as the single point of coordination between:
Identify and resolve blockers early before they impact delivery.
Ensure strong collaboration and eliminate siloed execution.
Quality & Guideline Enforcement
Ensure all outputs:
Act as the first quality filter before deliverables are submitted to clients.
Ensure all approvals are completed within 48 hours.
Timeline & Delivery Control
Track and manage all campaign deliverables, including:
Proactively chase delays, reassign resources, and rebalance workloads.
Maintain on-time delivery across all campaign outputs.
Stakeholder & Internal Communication
Lead and facilitate:
Work with Analysts to prepare weekly partner-facing reports, covering:
Shield execution teams from last-minute disruptions and unplanned scope creep.
Inventory & Operations Synchronization
Coordinate closely with:
Ensure inventory availability aligns with:
Proactively flag inventory or fulfillment risks early.
Risk Management
Anticipate operational risks such as:
Prepare and execute contingency plans, including:
Continuous Process Improvement
Design, document, and improve SOPs for:
Continuously improve execution speed, clarity, and team efficiency month-to-month.
