Role Overview

We are seeking a highly structured and execution-driven Creative Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-phase digital commerce and marketing campaigns.

This role sits at the center of strategy, creative, creators, live commerce, and paid media, ensuring every moving part executes on time, at quality, and aligned to GMV targets.

You will own campaign execution across a 6-month roadmap, translate strategy into daily actions, and act as the operational backbone that keeps teams aligned, accountable, and moving at speed.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with strong leadership authority, requiring exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

Campaign & Phase Execution

  • Own and execute the full 6-month campaign roadmap across Phase 1 to Phase 3.
  • Translate GMV targets into weekly execution plans and measurable deliverables.

Ensure full execution of all campaign components, including:

  • 3540 short-form videos per month
  • Creator onboarding and activation targets
  • Affiliate recruitment and performance activation
  • Live commerce schedules and hour targets
  • Spark Ads testing, optimization, and scaling

Project Planning & Task Management

Convert campaign strategy into:

  • Weekly sprint plans
  • Daily task breakdowns by function

Assign and manage tasks across cross-functional teams, including:

  • Content Lead
  • Creator & Affiliate Manager
  • Live Commerce Lead
  • Ads Specialist
  • Editors, designers, and live hosts

Maintain clear priorities, timelines, and ownership at all times.

Cross-Team Coordination

Serve as the single point of coordination between:

  • Strategy & marketing
  • Creative & content teams
  • Creators & affiliates
  • Live commerce operations
  • Paid ads & performance teams

Identify and resolve blockers early before they impact delivery.

Ensure strong collaboration and eliminate siloed execution.

Quality & Guideline Enforcement

Ensure all outputs:

  • Follow brand and content guidelines
  • Align with campaign storytelling direction
  • Meet quality and performance standards

Act as the first quality filter before deliverables are submitted to clients.

Ensure all approvals are completed within 48 hours.

Timeline & Delivery Control

Track and manage all campaign deliverables, including:

  • Content volume and publishing schedules
  • Creator and affiliate posting commitments
  • Live commerce hours and sessions
  • Ad creatives and testing timelines

Proactively chase delays, reassign resources, and rebalance workloads.

Maintain on-time delivery across all campaign outputs.

Stakeholder & Internal Communication

Lead and facilitate:

  • Weekly internal alignment and execution syncs
  • Ongoing campaign progress updates

Work with Analysts to prepare weekly partner-facing reports, covering:

  • Progress vs plan
  • Risks and blockers
  • Priorities for the following week

Shield execution teams from last-minute disruptions and unplanned scope creep.

Inventory & Operations Synchronization

Coordinate closely with:

  • Creator & Affiliate Manager
  • Live Commerce Lead
  • Partner and operations teams

Ensure inventory availability aligns with:

  • Creator seeding plans
  • Affiliate needs
  • Live commerce slots
  • Promotional campaigns

Proactively flag inventory or fulfillment risks early.

Risk Management

Anticipate operational risks such as:

  • Content delays
  • Creator drop-offs
  • Live host unavailability
  • Ad creative or testing gaps

Prepare and execute contingency plans, including:

  • Backup creators
  • Buffer content
  • Reserve live slots

Continuous Process Improvement

Design, document, and improve SOPs for:

  • Content production workflows
  • Creator onboarding and activation
  • Live commerce preparation
  • Ads creative flow
  • Reporting cadence and communication

Continuously improve execution speed, clarity, and team efficiency month-to-month.
