Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, energetic, and initiative-driven Creative & Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who is independent and strong in transforming ideas into compelling visuals, bringing to life creative concepts across static, motion, and interactive formats.
You will conceptualize and execute visuals across B2C campaigns, from credit card portfolios to next-gen payments and Web3 products. The ideal candidate understands how to design for diverse audience segments creating appeal across different demographics, lifestyles, and product personalities. You should have a strong ability to convey stories through visuals and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product, and deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas based on marketing briefs and campaign themes
- Design and execute across a wide range of creative formats:
- Static graphics for social media, display, print, and digital
- Motion graphics and animated illustrations
- Illustrations (e.g., cartoons, vector art, infographics)
- Short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid ad formats
- Cinematic effects and transitions for videos
- Visuals for events, EDMs, landing pages, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team on audience personas and adapt design style accordingly
- Create assets for multi-channel campaigns appealing to various age groups and consumer segments
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and meet campaign timelines
- Propose visual storytelling enhancements and creative improvements to elevate campaign outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/multimedia design, with a strong B2C portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Skilled in both static and motion design projects
- Familiar with AI creative tools such as MidJourney, Runway, or Sora (preferred)
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual design skills, with attention to typography, layout, and branding
- Experience designing for diverse consumer personas and understanding lifestyle marketing dynamics
- Imaginative with creative ideas that are viable, purposeful, and non-clich balancing originality with executional realism
- Able to hit the ground running, work independently, and take full ownership of creative output
- Fast worker with strong initiative and a can-do attitude
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) preferred
- Comprehensive portfolio required must showcase both static and motion design work
