The Creative Project Management & QA Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of creative projects across digital, social, print, brand campaigns and reviewing and validating the graphics created to fulfil marketing objectives in a variety of digital applications. This includes managing timelines, resources, creative workflows, stakeholder alignment, and quality control. The role serves as the bridge between business objectives, creative execution, and timely delivery.
Job Description
Manage the delivery lifecycle of assets including eDMs, banners, social ads, motion graphics, and website visuals.
Act as a liaison between designers, copywriters, creative producers, and client teams.
Facilitate brief intake, scoping, timeline creation, stakeholder reviews, and final approvals.
Track multiple projects using tools like Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, or Trello, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Flag bottlenecks and resolve issues through escalation or resource reallocation.
Oversee file sharing, version control, and client delivery protocols while maintaining trackers and dashboards.
Participate in client status calls and provide regular progress updates.
Perform quality checks on assets, including typography, composition, content, spell check, image quality, and consistency.
Report deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
Provide timely feedback to graphic designers and identify potential delivery issues.
Audit report data to ensure correct processes are followed.
Define clear project goals and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Share innovative ideas, research, and best practices to support client solutions.
Create concise communication plans and clearly outline agendas for stakeholders.
Build credibility by sharing knowledge, insights, and expertise.
Develop collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders to improve solutions.
Apply learnings and best practices for efficiencies in methods and processes.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree or relevant fine arts/design degree.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a design lead or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Experience Manager across PC and Mac platforms.
Expertise in managing global stakeholders and cross-functional delivery environments.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines, campaign timelines, and digital marketing deliverables.
Comfortable leading status updates, creative reviews, and governance calls while balancing creative feedback with operational feasibility.
Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, D2C) is a plus.
Experience handling design and copy teams, including relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to work across global platforms and formats effectively.
