Job Description

We are hiring a creator manager who can help turn content into commerce.

Not just someone who coordinates creators.

Not just someone who fills up a calendar.

Not just someone who sends WhatsApps and follows up.

We need someone who can help activate a real creator-commerce engine.

This person will sit close to the heart of the action:

livestreams, shoppable videos, creator coordination, product pushes, schedule management, and day-to-day momentum.

What this role is really about

We are building a new retail concept where products do not just sit on shelves.

They get:

 • featured in livestreams

 • pushed through shoppable videos

 • seeded to the right creators

 • worked into programming

 • supported with the right timing, assets, offers and follow-through

This role helps make that machine run.

You will coordinate creators, manage livestream and content schedules, support our main live shows, and help ensure products and campaigns actually get activated — not just discussed.

You are not here to manage vibes.

You are here to create movement.

What you'll be responsible for

1) Creator activation

You will identify, coordinate and follow up with creators, affiliates and livestreamers to get products featured, sold and talked about.

This includes:

 • reaching out to suitable creators and livestreamers

 • matching creators to the right products or campaigns

 • coordinating briefs, product drops, timelines and deliverables

 • following up persistently and professionally

 • helping maintain strong relationships with active creators

 • keeping creator pipelines warm, active and moving

2) Livestream support and coordination

You will help organise and activate livestreams across our ecosystem.

This includes:

 • coordinating livestream schedules

 • confirming hosts, creators, product lineups and timing

 • ensuring products, offers and talking points are prepared before each live

 • supporting our main stream and key programming moments

 • helping manage logistics before, during and after streams

 • making sure no stream feels messy, last-minute or underprepared

3) Shoppable video execution

You will help drive short-form content that actually has commerce intent.

This includes:

 • coordinating creators for shoppable videos

 • tracking content needed by campaign, product and priority

 • ensuring content gets submitted, reviewed and posted on time

 • helping organise content around launches, promotions and hero SKUs

 • spotting gaps early when we do not have enough usable content

 • pushing for volume without losing relevance

4) Calendar, schedules and moving parts

This role requires someone who can hold many moving pieces together.

This includes:

 • maintaining creator and livestream calendars

 • tracking who is doing what, when, for which brand or product

 • aligning internal teams on schedules and deliverables

 • preventing clashes, delays and communication breakdowns

 • making sure everyone knows what is happening and what is needed next

5) Ground support for our main stream / flagship programming

You will support our main livestream and show ecosystem, whether that means:

 • coordinating guests or creators

 • helping prep products and segments

 • aligning timing and flow

 • managing backend communication during live days

 • supporting the team so the stream runs smoother and stronger

You do not need to be the star on camera.

But you must help the stars perform.

What good looks like

A strong person in this role will:

 • keep creator activity moving every week

 • ensure livestreams are properly coordinated, not chaotic

 • help increase the volume and consistency of shoppable videos

 • improve response rates and follow-through from creators

 • reduce last-minute scrambling

 • become someone the team can trust to keep this part of the engine alive

In simple terms:

more content, more activation, better coordination, less nonsense.

This role looks fun from the outside.

But in reality, it is follow-up, pressure, timing, organisation, judgment and momentum.

Skills / experience we value

 • experience working with creators, KOLs, affiliates or livestreamers

 • experience in social commerce, TikTok Shop, creator campaigns or content coordination is a plus

 • strong organisation and project management ability

 • good communication skills across WhatsApp, email and internal teams

 • ability to manage schedules and multiple stakeholders

 • comfort working in a fast, entrepreneurial environment

 • good taste and instinct in matching creators to products is a bonus

 • basic understanding of what makes content or commerce perform is a bonus

Bonus if you have these

 • you have worked in creator management, affiliate ops, social commerce or livestream operations

 • you understand how TikTok-style ecosystems actually work

 • you know that creator coordination is not just about filling slots, but driving outcomes

 • you are resourceful and can solve problems quickly on the ground
