Creator Support Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creator Support Specialist, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Creator Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to content creators, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction. The specialist will also assist in optimizing content performance, fostering positive relationships, and offering insights on platform best practices.

• Customer Support, Problem-Solving, and Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Content Creation and Digital Media platforms
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
• Experience with social media and online communities is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Media, or related field
