Client Industry: Hobart based Financial Advice Firm
Location: Faber Towers, Jalan Desa Bahagia, Taman Desa
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and check for completeness and outstanding customer's documentation before submission.
- Coordinate and follow up with sales site for any outstanding documents
- Monitor & follow up ongoing cases with Sales and respective parties
- Ensure compliance and protocol with company internal policies and SOP.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks which is related to job role.
- Maintain filing system (digital)
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in credit (preferably in banking industry related to SME company loan)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (etc: excel, words). Knowledgeable in accounting software (eg. SAP, oracle) is added point
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and willing to learn attitude
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, BM is necessary for the role.
