With a product suite that includes business loans, bridging finance, acquisition finance and asset-backed lending, they aim to make capital access straightforward and stress-free.
The Credit Analyst/Operations Manager plays a key role in assessing credit and managing end-to-end operations. The role involves structuring and analysing credit applications for business facilities, managing daily operational processes such as onboarding, documentation, compliance, and settlements, and ensuring smooth communication with customers, brokers, and partners.
This role is required to fully report onsite. Working hours will follow Australian Business Hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and structure credit applications for business facilities, including large and complex deals.
- Analyse financials, cash flow, and risk factors to support lending decisions.
- Liaise with credit partners and funding lines as needed.
- Manage daily operations including customer onboarding, document collection, and contract settlements.
- Oversee legal documentation, compliance checks, and liaise with lawyers when required.
- Improve and document operational processes to support scale.
- Engage with customers during the funding process, ensuring a seamless experience and provide clear updates and manage expectations throughout the process.
- Liaise with brokers, suppliers, and customers to finalise deals.
- Assist in reporting, reconciliations, and workflow management.
- Work closely with the leadership team to prioritise tasks that keep the business moving.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or any related field.
- At least 3 years experience in credit analysis or lending, preferably with exposure to large facility assessments.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, attention to detail, and confident in credit structuring.
- Hands-on, organised, and proactive you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Confident dealing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable using CRM and lending platforms, e-signing tools, and managing digital workflows.
- You care about customers, you're solutions-focused, and you want to help build a business.
