Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive credit evaluation on new-to-bank and existing customers by reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness;
- Evaluate debt repayment ability based on factors such as income, assets, debts, employment status, credit history and other related factors;
- Provide recommendations on credit limit/approvals based on the outcome of the credit evaluation process;
- Monitor and control overdue accounts, negotiating payment schedules when necessary;
- Ensure all credit proposals are processed within agreed turnaround time;
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer's credit history and account status in the bank's system;
- Comply with all applicable internal policies and procedures including credit policy manual and operating instructions;
- Assist in the preparation of management reports on credit proposals and outstanding loans.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or Economics;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Experience in banking industry will be advantageous;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Knowledge in SAP and CMS will be added advantage.
