Salary: From RM2,500/month

6-month contract (potential conversion to permanent)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to prevent overdue accounts from progressing to the next delinquency level.
• Make outbound calls to remind customers and encourage timely payments.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets set by Management.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Understand customers needs and concerns, and provide appropriate assistance and solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience.
• Experience in debt collection, debt recovery, banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good listening, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of credit management, Malaysian laws, Bank Negara Malaysia collection guidelines and banking operations is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented, disciplined, punctual and committed to achieving targets.
• Willing to work flexible hours and support other teams or departments when required.
