About the team The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: Team Management - Build and manage the collection team to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Regularly assess and optimize the team's talents. - Set team goals and work plans, monitor the work progress of team members, and provide necessary guidance and training. Collection Strategy and Execution - Develop and implement effective collection operation strategies and processes to improve the recovery rate of collections. - Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the collection work, and adjust the collection strategies in a timely manner according to the actual situation. Compliance Management - Ensure that the collection work complies with laws, regulations, and the company's compliance requirements. Conduct regular inspections and give early warnings to avoid complaints. - Conduct compliance training for team members to strengthen their compliance awareness. Procurement and Management of Collection Agencies - Assist in procuring appropriate collection agencies and establishing a good cooperative relationship. - Conduct goal setting, performance tracking and evaluation of the collection agencies, and promptly solve the problems that arise in cooperation. Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect and analyze collection data to provide a basis for the formulation and adjustment of collection strategies. - Write collection reports to report the progress and results of the collection work.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, or related fields. - Have more than three years of work experience related to collections, with front-line collection operation experience. - Be familiar with the collection environment in the Southeast Asian market. - Possess good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with different departments and institutions. Preferred Qualifications: - 5 years and above work experience in collection in digital lending industry, with more than 2 years of management experience in a front-line collection team with more than 30 people. - Candidates with data analysis skills are preferred.
