CREDIT RECOVERY OFFICER

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Recovery Officer, based in Ampang. The Credit Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, contacting clients to resolve outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. The role also involves analyzing accounts, developing repayment plans, and building positive relationships with clients while ensuring timely recovery of overdue balances.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively and build good relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance processes, with a solid understanding of credit recovery practices
• Analytical Skills to evaluate client accounts and devise actionable repayment plans
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism under challenging situations
• Prior experience in credit recovery or related financial roles is beneficial
• A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
