Primarily responsible for reviewing the credit processes for Enterprise Banking, identifying risks and opportunity for credit process improvement and enhancement.
Review and enhance existing policies/ guidelines/ program lending. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation of requirements.
Provide insights on Enterprise Banking portfolio trends, performance and risk oversight through robust data management and analytics.
Review and enhance the credit underwriting processes where applicable to improve the end-to-end turnaround time and simplify the overall credit assessment process without compromising the quality of the credit application.
Review and enhance existing policies/ guidelines/ practice guides (including all the program lending).
For any enhancement, to ensure that internal policies/ requirements are in line with Basel/ CAF/ regulatory requirements.
Carry out comprehensive portfolio risk analysis, encompassing development of key performance indicators (KPI) and trends.
Perform ad hoc analysis on Enterprise Banking portfolio to support the revisions proposed to the policy and change in underwriting standards and processes.
Job Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of working experience in banking, with a proven track record (in the non-retail segment).
Good MS Excel, MS Powerpoint skills
Possesses strong analytical skills.
Preferably familiar with data mining activities, SPSS or other statistical software.
Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication skills and team oriented.
Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
