Role Description

This is a contract role for 6 months, on-site Analyst position based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client's business and financial processes, identifying potential risks, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Tasks will include leveraging data analysis to support decision-making, developing and implementing workflows, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to various organizational projects to promote ethical and efficient performance.

The role will report to CEO.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in data analysis, credit risk assessment, and identifying operational efficiencies
  • Experience working in accounts receivable function in a mid-size organisation
  • Experience in customer account management
  • Knowledge of credit limits, and compliance
  • Knowledge of accounting, financial processes and aptitude for Finance Transformation initiatives
  • Effective communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate within diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounts / Finance
  • Familiarity with MIFRS, IFRS,
  • Familiarity with Autocount software.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in professional practices.
  • ACCA qualified/ part qualified
