Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Crew position based in Shah Alam. As a Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the caf, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the caf and uphold the standards of Secret Recipe's quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to provide friendly and efficient assistance to guests.
- Teamwork and adaptability to collaborate with colleagues and handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic food handling and preparation knowledge, as well as an understanding of caf equipment operation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain cleanliness, complete tasks accurately, and support service efficiency.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for hospitality, and a commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
