Crewing Officer

This is a full-time on-site Crewing Officer role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Crewing Officer will be responsible for managing crew activities, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Tasks include organizing crew schedules, maintaining effective communication with crew members, and assisting in ship management operations. The role also requires ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in Managing Crews and Crewing operations
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with crew members and stakeholders
• Experience in Operations Management and Ship Management practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of maritime industry standards and regulations is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
