Our global network and ways of working mean you'll be part of something bigger, whilst taking pride in the work you do within a collaborative team. As CRM Executive APAC you'll shape how we tell our story, raise the bar for content quality, and continually evolve how we engage our audiences.

This is a fulltime permanent role based in our Hays Sunway Malaysia office. As the CRM Executive APAC, you'll be responsible for the delivery of B2B and B2C campaigns using marketing automation platforms to support acquisition, retention and engagement objectives across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute targeted B2C and B2B email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and manage audience segments using CRM tools to deliver personalised communications.
  • Support the optimisation of customer journeys and brief internal content/creative teams on campaign requirements.
  • Track and report on campaign and BAU performance using Power BI and SFMC data to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Manage leadgeneration processes for Sales, including form creation, testing and weekly reporting.
  • Implement technical upgrades and enhancements from the Global eCRM team in line with best practice.
  • Oversee daytoday CRM operations, ensuring workflows, processes and shared channels run efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a CRM, email marketing or marketing automation role Ability to manage large, complex data sets from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with global crossfunctional teams.
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to interpret and report on performance.
  • Basic HTML skills for email and campaign troubleshooting
  • Basic SQL skills for campaign audience segmentation
  • A passion for detail, optimisation and delivering measurable results
