Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise automated communication flows across email, in-app messaging, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Build personalised and segmented campaigns that support onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand voice.
  • Design and continuously refine lifecycle touchpoints to maximise conversion, retention and reactivation.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Great interest in the financial services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, working proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded, and other additional European language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent team player.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
