Job DescriptionAs a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for users and corporate teams (Marketing, IT, and others) on all CRM topics related to marketing processes. You will work closely with corporate markers and system users to provide operational support, resolve user requests, and drive process improvements. Acting as the link between business needs and technical solutions, you will help shape CRM usage and enhance campaign performance across the organization.
We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in CRM-enabled marketing processes and performance analysis, ideally within professional services. Strong communication skills, a results-oriented and analytical mindset, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and marketing automation tools are essential to succeed in this role.
