Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are effectively tailored to meet project requirements, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and deploying applications in various environments.
