As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily workflow.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect with 6–9 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AWS/Azure, Generative AI, LLM orchestration frameworks such as LlamaIndex and LangChain, and modern microservices architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business goals and project timelines.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable AI platforms, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, integrating enterprise data sources, and architecting production-ready GenAI applications.
