Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise software environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system stability.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.
