The Role
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Campaign Specialist to act as the bridge between our clients&apos marketing objectives and our powerful platform. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, designing innovative campaign strategies, and bringing them to life by building customer journeys and chatbots within Omnichat.ai. This role requires a unique blend of client-facing consultation, hands-on technical execution, and team leadership.
Job Description
Client Consultation & Strategy:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, leading discovery calls to gather and understand their campaign requirements, target audience, and business goals.
- Provide expert advice and strategic recommendations on campaign design, chatbot flows, and customer journey best practices to ensure client success.
- Translate client briefs into campaign execution.
Campaign Implementation & Execution:
- Design and build engaging and effective omnichannel campaigns, chatbot conversations, and automated customer journeys using the Omnichat.ai platform.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on all campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign launch process, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
Team Structure
- Lead and manage a part-time team of campaign builders, providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support.
- Delegate campaign creation tasks effectively and establish a workflow for quality control and review.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure the team&aposs output meets Omnichat.ai&aposs high standards.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor the performance of live campaigns, analyzing key metrics to generate insights.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and opportunities for optimization.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing automation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation, CRM, or chatbot platform will be a merit
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Direct experience with messaging platforms for business (WhatsApp Business API, LINE Official Accounts, Facebook Messenger).
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Basic understanding of APIs and how they are used for data integration.
