Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal communications and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or higher in any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Working hours: 8.30am 5.30pm
