Job Responsibility- Attend to customers inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Manage documentation efficiently, including but not limited to receipts, records, reports, resolutions, and forms.- Possess a strong understanding of the entire vacant possession process, guiding customers through each step with clarity and expertise.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of vacant possession.
- Provide support to customers throughout the vacant possession process, from preparation to key collection, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Handle defects reported by customers, documenting them accurately and ensuring timely resolution.- Generate defect reports and follow up on the completion of defects with relevant teams and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of defect reports and resolutions, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience.
Possess experience in managing both strata and non-strata developments, with familiarity in setting up residents associations (RA), joint management bodies (JMB), and management corporations (MC) considered advantageous.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in any discipline or Professional Qualification in any other related field or 5 years of working experience in Property Industry.- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients
Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
