Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & CRM Support

  • Assist in logging customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
  • Maintain updated complaint tracking sheets and documentation.
  • Prepare daily and weekly case summary reports.
  • Organize tribunal or legal documentation files (administrative support daily).

Customer Follow-up

  • Conduct follow-up calls or messages for non-sensitive cases.
  • Assist in appointment confirmation and post-service feedback collection.
  • Draft response templates for internal review.

Online Review Monitoring

  • Monitor Google Reviews and social media feedback.
  • Flag negative or sensitive comments to Senior/Manager for action.
  • Assist in compiling online reputation reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
