The Seller Operations team is the backbone of the Shopee marketplace, dedicated to optimizing the end-to-end seller journey. In this role, you will act as a strategic arbiter of platform health, ensuring a fair and high-performing environment for all users. You will balance the enforcement of critical governance policies with the creation of new initiatives designed to drive operational efficiency and seller growth.
Job Description
- Policy Governance & Appeals: Evaluate seller appeals by conducting reviews of evidence, exercising sound judgment to determine if penalties should be upheld or overturned.
- Operational Enforcement: Maintain platform integrity by monitoring seller behavior and implementing corrective actions/penalties in accordance with existing policies.
- Strategic Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert in responding to customer service inquiries regarding seller operations and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Regularly audit existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify bottlenecks and lead the implementation of more efficient workflows.
- Policy Development: Propose seller policies to improve overall buyer satisfaction.
