They are currently seeking a Customer Care Manager to oversee and manage the operations for both the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
Job Description
Sales Administration
- oversees the Order to Cash process for Malaysia and Singapore, managing order entry, customer payments, logistics communication, and invoicing.
- Involves Salesforce administration, ensuring new advisor integration and organizational adaptations
- Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across departments.
Customer Care
- This role responsible for leading the Customer Care team in Malaysia and Singapore
- Focusing on community-centricity and process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Key duties include monitoring service quality, implementing training programs, allocating resources during peak times
- Analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements and align with industry best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/Degree in any related studies
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial customer service role or a similar position.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities across all organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing community needs.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to remain patient and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A flexible mindset and strong adaptability skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant industry experience, particularly in retail.
- Familiarity with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
