About Our Client


Our client is a globally recognized leader in household products and is in the process of establishing operations in Malaysia.

They are currently seeking a Customer Care Manager to oversee and manage the operations for both the Malaysia and Singapore markets.

Job Description

Sales Administration

  • oversees the Order to Cash process for Malaysia and Singapore, managing order entry, customer payments, logistics communication, and invoicing.
  • Involves Salesforce administration, ensuring new advisor integration and organizational adaptations
  • Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across departments.

Customer Care

  • This role responsible for leading the Customer Care team in Malaysia and Singapore
  • Focusing on community-centricity and process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Key duties include monitoring service quality, implementing training programs, allocating resources during peak times
  • Analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements and align with industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant


  • Diploma/Degree in any related studies
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial customer service role or a similar position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing community needs.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to remain patient and empathetic in challenging situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A flexible mindset and strong adaptability skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant industry experience, particularly in retail.
  • Familiarity with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
