Location: NU Sentral, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Hiring Volume: 40 Headcounts
Salary & Benefits:
• Up to RM 4,200 Basic Salary
• KPI Incentive: RM 300
Working Schedule:
• 5 working days per week
• Shift Timing:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
OR
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Requirements:
• Simplified Mandarin – Read, Write & Speak (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Minimum 1 year of CSR experience in the Insurance Industry
• Knowledge of Life Insurance preferred
• B2 Level English Communication Skills
• Experience in contact centre/customer service environment is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, live chats, and emails professionally
• Deliver excellent customer and distributor support experience
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Resolve issues efficiently and follow up for complete resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue handling
• Escalate challenging cases appropriately to team leaders
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric communication
