We are looking for a Customer Care Officer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys engaging customers through meaningful conversations. This role is key to driving TV Net growth by converting opportunities into successful sales.

Make An Impact By

  • Conducting outbound calls to promote and sell TV Net products and services
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Managing daily and weekly call lists while meeting timelines and performance goals
  • Building rapport with customers and clearly communicating product value and promotions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Adapting quickly to new tools, systems, and processes with a willingness to learn
  • Working closely with team members and supporting team operations, including buddy roles, ad-hoc tasks, and assigned projects

Skill For Success

  • Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a contact centre or telesales environment
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with good English proficiency and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to capture accurate and complete information during calls
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to work independently
