Customer Care Officer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys engaging customers through meaningful conversations. This role is key to driving TV Net growth by converting opportunities into successful sales.
Make An Impact By
- Conducting outbound calls to promote and sell TV Net products and services
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Managing daily and weekly call lists while meeting timelines and performance goals
- Building rapport with customers and clearly communicating product value and promotions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Adapting quickly to new tools, systems, and processes with a willingness to learn
- Working closely with team members and supporting team operations, including buddy roles, ad-hoc tasks, and assigned projects
Skill For Success
- Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a contact centre or telesales environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset with good English proficiency and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to capture accurate and complete information during calls
- Proficient in MS Office and able to work independently
