Why does this job exist and why is it critical
- Plan and execute B2B events and activations for Government and Wholesale segments.
- Coordinate external event sponsorships, booth setups, and speaking engagements.
- Organise and deliver internal 1-1 tech talks for government bodies and GLCs.
- Ensure event planning excellence and discipline, following best practices and Maxis guidelines.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal team (Segment Marketing, Sales, and Product teams) and external vendors for event alignment to ensure seamless event logistic.
- Manage event marketing budgets for enterprise campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and adherence to procurement and financial guidelines.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, event KPIs, attendee engagement, and lead generation for reporting.
- Support post-event follow-ups and lead handoff to Sales teams.
