Remark: This position is based in Bayan Lepas. Might be move to Batu Kawan in future based in management decision.
Job Purpose:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Work with different parties such as Engineering, Finance, IE, Procurement to provide RFQ on time and drive improvement program to ensure competitive price.
- This position requires strong communication, negotiation skill, analytic skill, project management skills, operation and business insight to deliver critical business milestones.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction and Service. Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Customer point of contact. Manage escalation or any specific request from customers.
- Work with internal team to provide solution to meet or exceed customer needs.
- Negotiate with customers to provide RFQ with competitive pricing.
- Propose claim charges based on customer specific requirement or additional service request.
- Provide quotation, follow up PO and invoice customer.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree preferably in Engineering / Business.
- Must have at least 2-4 years experience in a high-volume dynamic manufacturing environment, preferably in OSAT or EMS environment.
- A team player with mature personality.
- Positive thinking, independent and able to work under pressure to meet business needs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and people-oriented.
- Ability to interact well with all levels of employees.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, due to frequent dealings with China.
