Customer Experience & Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

We are looking for a warm, energetic and commercially minded person who enjoys talking to customers and turning enquiries into bookings. Your main job is to create a great customer

experience, understand what people need, explain suitable clinic services and follow up until there is a clear outcome.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally at the clinic front line.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate service or staff member.
• Explain approved health screening, vaccination, women's health, ultrasound, weight-management and other clinic services.
• Recommend relevant add-on services or packages based on customer needs — without hard selling or giving
• medical advice.
• Respond to WhatsApp/phone enquiries and convert suitable leads into appointments or purchases.
• Follow up undecided customers and maintain accurate lead records.
• Encourage repeat visits, reviews and customer referrals.
• Assist with simple campaigns or outreach when required.

Who We're Looking For

• Confident speaking with people and comfortable approaching customers first.

• Mandarin speaking is strongly preferred due to engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

• Sales-oriented, target-driven and willing to follow up consistently.

• Good attitude, initiative, discipline and integrity.

• Experience in retail sales, beauty/wellness, medical sales, hospitality, customer service or healthcare is an

advantage.

• Healthcare knowledge can be taught. TikTok Live, Canva and video editing are bonus.

• Friendly, presentable, and confident in communication

• RM3500 – RM5000; Basic salary + performance / sales incentive (subject to company structure).

Location: Klinik HealthQuarters, Kuala Lumpur (Bukit OUG / Desa Petaling as assigned)
