Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist at SOCOE. The role involves listening to customers, creating solutions, and connecting with them to enhance their experience. The specialist will work on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
  • Able to speak Mandarin is advantage
