Key Objective

To achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) set for Policy and Endorsement Issuance
To achieve Productivity based on UPH
To achieve Availability (Core work) set
Quality check of documentation for policy processing
Client code creation and data capturing of policy or risk information in system (New business/Endorsement/Renewal/Cancellation)
Data capturing of policy/risk information in system
Assist to raise refund to Insured due to over payment including endorsement and cancellation
To ensure accuracy of risk details
Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediary
Ensure policies/endorsements are issued within the turnaround time
Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filing of documents
User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Any other duties as assigned
