About the Role
. Grow customer lifetime value through AIA's and digital partners platforms, related to AIA's digital and online-to-offline (O2O) products.
. Improve customer activation, retention and engagement through multi-channel marketing messaging campaigns across email, WhatsApp and SMS.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for policy renewal and customer retention
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to gather behavioural insights on customers
- Ideate and conduct rapid experimentation on marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns to optimize performance of campaigns
- Formulate strategies and plans for improving customer onboarding, nurturing, growth (cross-sell and up-sell) and retention
- Develop targeted test campaigns leveraging data models and predictive algorithms
- Manage, create and execute campaigns on MarTech platform
- Apply data models and segmentation to drive effective cross-sell and up-sell campaigns
- Set up marketing automation workflows for renewals and trigger-based campaigns
- Set up tracking codes to effectively monitor campaign performance
- Coordinate marketing campaign calendar for digital and O2O initiatives
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics of marketing initiatives to stakeholders and management
- Track and manage marketing spend within allocated budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital and social media marketing, and apply to works as appropriate
- Monitor and report on brand and competitors marketing activities
Brand & marketing
- Ensure all marketing creatives and copywriting align to AIA's brand standards
- Provide copywriting and editing support to internal teams such as product and customer service teams
- Collaborate with AIA's marketing team for wider support on major campaigns
Minimum Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/mass Communications/Business Administration with minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in marketing/branding/social media background
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and partners
- Strong project management skills
- Meticulous and has good time management skills
- Experience with enterprise CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Clever Tap, Braze is an added advantage
- Comfortable with data and strong analytical skills - perform analysis, connect user actions to data points
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Keen sense for details with an analytical and critical thinking mindset
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
