Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome calls to new customers.
- Introduce AIA products and available facilities.
- Reinforce product benefits and build customer loyalty.
- Provide accurate information and efficient service.
- Exceed service level and performance targets.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve gaps.
- Report feedback and resolutions to business lines.
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field with 1–2 years of experience.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Passion for customer care and excellence.
- Strong integrity and commitment to satisfaction.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Team player with strong work ethic.
- Skilled in complaint handling and resolution.
- Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with good listening skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves engaging with a diverse customer base, including Mandarin-speaking customers.
