Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct welcome calls to new customers.
  • Introduce AIA products and available facilities.
  • Reinforce product benefits and build customer loyalty.
  • Provide accurate information and efficient service.
  • Exceed service level and performance targets.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve gaps.
  • Report feedback and resolutions to business lines.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field with 1–2 years of experience.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Passion for customer care and excellence.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to satisfaction.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Team player with strong work ethic.
  • Skilled in complaint handling and resolution.
  • Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good listening skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves engaging with a diverse customer base, including Mandarin-speaking customers.
