Position: Customer Operations Associate

Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)

Location: Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in MY time (Rotational Shifts): May include weekends and public holidays

• Morning Shifts: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Mid Shifts: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM | 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
• Night Shifts: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Operations Associate to support a top global client. In this role, you'll handle end-to-end customer order fulfillment, assist with billing and invoicing, and resolve order-related issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience while working with cross-functional teams like Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders
• Handle order issues: amendments, cancellations, rush orders, and disputes
• Manage billing, invoicing, and Letter of Credit vetting
• Issue, respond, resolve, and follow up on customer invoices and queries
• Coordinate with Indirect Tax, Legal, and Trade Compliance teams on trade-related issues
• Support month-end closing activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Experience with contract processes, nomination procedures, invoicing, or working with SAP systems.
• Flexible to work at a 24/7 working environment.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and Sales Order Management or Supply Chain Operations
