Job Description
- Responsible for introducing clients to Web3 products, collecting business information, following up on client business scenarios, and planning for business growth.
- Help clients effectively use our products and services to assist them in achieving their performance goals.
- Engage deeply with users and understand the Web3 community, uncovering the genuine needs of users in the Web3 space, and communicating these insights internally to product and R&D departments.
- Closely monitor industry trends, competitors product capabilities, and industry developments to maintain product innovation and competitiveness.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in the W3 industry, with strong teamwork spirit, optimism, diligence, a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, as well as excellent organizational and macro-thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients in English.
- Possess business acumen and strong data analysis skills, with clear logical thinking. Able to identify and diagnose issues through a data-driven understanding of the business and work efficiently with global remote teams.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills and be adept at coordinating resources to solve problems. Have a deep understanding and passion for at least one area such as DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs.
