You know all of the projects progress like the back of your hand, and you are constantly driving the project through internal traffic. To achieve clear understanding between customers and internal teams, you will be the reliable liaison to facilitate this two-way communication.
In addition to managing customers expectation and satisfaction, you will sometime travel locally and internationally to meet customers on site. You will have a good working relationship with the Sales team and other cross-functional departments to carry out projects and drive related issues to closure.

As a Customer Program Management, key responsibilities as below:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers; manage escalations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding business needs, priorities, and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain executive program dashboards, monitor project progress, and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Adapt swiftly to changes in project plans while maintaining seamless project progression.
- Lead the Customer Program Management (CPM) team to ensure effective communication and alignment with customer requirements.
- Coordinate customer and internal team reviews, managing communication, requirements, and documentation.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to CPM team members.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Application Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and QA.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage customer orders and change requests in ERP systems.
- Travel as needed to support program execution and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or related areas
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good writing and communication skills in English, and fluent in Mandarin is preferred due to business need liaise with China or Taiwan suppliers and stakeholders
- Highly organized and result-oriented
- Proven ability to adapt to sudden changes and solve complex problems
- Experienced working with customers, proactive, and resourceful
- Experience with international customer management is a plus
