Job Description

Job Responsibility

Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency and labour sales through effective utilization of 3-in-1 as a management tool.
Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix IT-right programs.
Monitor & manage daily B&P workshop operations.
Compliance to Toyota B&P standard operating procedures.
Strategize in carrying out marketing activities and expand spotter network, to achieve B&P targets.
Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 system to monitor WIP, back order, follow up, appointment and service reminders.
Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
Develop carrying insurance network to achieve B&P smooth claim process.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Mass Comm/Business Admin or equivalent.
Must be hands on, detail oriented and dedicated.
Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.
Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Customer oriented with ability to interact with people effectively.
Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage the team.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Has own initiative and able to work independently and under pressure.
