Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
  • Develop strong understand of our business to introduce our services
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Track and follow-up with potential customers, and convert to new sales
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma, higher will be advantaged
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience, preferably in Customer Service/ Telecommunications industries
  • Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work
  • Computer Data Entry Knowledge
  • Able to multi-task & willing to learn
  • Able for Daily Task Complete
  • Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Preferably)
