Skills:
- Looking for a strong Technical Business Analyst
- Experience in Dynamics CRM preferably, or any other CRM solutions
Responsibilities :
- Requirement Analysis & Design: Analyzing and liaising with , documenting (if required), review technical specs (from Systems Integrator)
- Able to drive Requirements workshop and align with Business on scope & requirements
- Developing and documenting technical specifications, including system designs, and interface specifications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with developers, testers to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure technical solution is aligned between different application teams and deliver with quality
- Testing: Collaboration with Test Manager to Creating test plans, test cases, and potentially participating in system testing to validate that solutions meet requirements.
- SDLC and Documentation: Lead the preparation of all required technical documents to comply with SDLC processes within the organization, and any Regulatory documents required by BNM.
