Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Customer Insights professional to join our Digital & Customer Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in translating customer data into actionable insights that drive lifecycle marketing strategies, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in customer analytics, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), and lifecycle marketing, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations. You will work closely with sales, marketing, Customer Service team to influence decision-making across the customer journey—from acquisition and engagement to retention and loyalty.

Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, purchase patterns, churn indicators, and engagement metrics.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor key customer metrics, including campaign performance, customer retention, segmentation analysis, Customer Lifetime Value and etc.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to support customer marketing initiatives, including but not limited to studies on customer journeys, conversion stages, and audience segmentation.
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Support in planning and executing personalized lifecycle campaigns across all marketing and CRM channels.
  • Use customer insights to optimize onboarding, engagement, retention, upselling, and win-back strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design A/B tests, evaluate performance, improve targeting and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Maintain data cleanliness and improve customer tagging within CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support quarterly planning, product roadmaps, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Any other tasks assigned from management from time to time.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess University Degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistic, Business Analytics, Information Technology or equivalent field.
  • Candidate must possess at least 2 years of work experience in Customer Data Insights, CRM data analytics, marketing automation, business intelligence/data analytics, or a related role. Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills to derive insights from data.
  • High level of data accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Customer oriented mindset with a passion for understanding what drives behavior.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Advance in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tool such as Power BI; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL is a plus.
