Roles and Responsibilities :
- Engage with manufacturing clients to understand their needs and recommend
suitable industrial products.
- Provide technical consultation and demonstrations, showcasing product benefits
and applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term
partnerships.
- Manage inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely customer support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, and logistics) to ensure
seamless order fulfilment.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue
targets.
- Deliver product training and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related Engineering field.
- 2-7 Years experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and applications is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
