Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle guest enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and other communication channels in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with room bookings, package enquiries, reservations and pre-arrival arrangements.
- Promote and sell event packages, group bookings, birthday celebrations, corporate retreats, private gatherings and other event-related services.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate package details and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth arrangements for events, group stays and special guest requests.
- Maintain good relationships with guests, corporate clients, event organisers and travel agents.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
- Keep accurate records of enquiries, sales leads, quotations, bookings and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the property's overall booking and revenue growth.
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven, proactive and confident in following up with customers to close deals.
- Organised, responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and coordinating with different departments.
- Experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, event sales or customer service is an advantage.
