Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused eCommerce Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional service across voice, chat, and email channels.

In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of the brand—ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. You will assist customers with inquiries related to orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product information, while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced online retail environment.
